    COURSE : PRE RECRUITMENT TRAINING & SKILL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME
    Pre-recruitment Training & Skill Development Programme is 3 months/2 months/45 days training for students who have completed 10th /12th degree and wish to join armed forces. The curriculum consists of written and physical test. Besides this there will be sessions for training for clearing both the career development of students for better performance in interviews and group discussions.

    Construct of the Programme :

    PRE RECUITMENT TRAINING & SKILL DEVELOPMENTPRE REQUISITE ELIGIBILITY CRITERIASELECTION PROCESS:
    Pre-recruitment Training & Skill Development Programme is three month training for students who have completed 10th /12th degree and wish to join armed forces. The curriculum consists of written and physical test. Besides this there will be sessions for training for clearing both the career development of students for better performance in interviews and group discussions.Qualification: 10th/12th/Degree candidates.
    Physical Standard: As Per Recruitments Standard set by Indian Army/ Paramilitary forces.
    Medical Standard: As Per Medical standard set by Indian Army / Paramilitary forces.
    A centralized pre recruitment training rally will be organized in each district every month by selected senior retired Armed forces officers with experience in training and recruitment. The candidates will undergo a rigorous selection procedure to test their physical and mental abilities. The candidates thus selected will then be recommended in the nearest AIPTA Training Academy.

    Academics

    Previous Five Year Test Paper covering Question that will be boost the confidence of the students.
    Management Programme related to HR, Security to give the exposure of corporate world.
    Physical Training
    General Body Development(Muscular) Stamina Building, Strength, Endurance, Speed, Flexibility, Mobility, Agility, Games & Programmes.
    Personality Orientation to enhance general awareness communication skill behavior & manners.
