INDIAN ARMY PHYSICAL FITNESS TEST 1.6 Km run to be completed UNDER 5 MINUTES 30 Seconds. Ten Pull Ups 9 Feet Ditch Zig -Zag Balance INDIAN COAST GUARD PHYSICAL PROFIENCY TEST 1.6 Km run to be completed in 7 minutes. Twenty squat ups (Uthak Baithak). 10 Push-ups. INDIAN AIRFORCE AIRMEN ENTRY Physical Fitness Test (PFT). PFT consists of a 1.6 Km run to be completed within 6 minutes 30 seconds. Candidates shall also have to complete 10 push-ups, 10 sit-ups (Bent Knee Sit Ups) chin ups 10 20 squats within the stipulated time to qualify in the Physical Fitness Test. CUT OFF MARKS FOR AIRMEN
