WHAT SHOULD I DO ? I was not qualified in Physical Endurance Test conducted by ARMY?

Let us have a look at the physical endurance Test conducted by Indian Army to recruit its soldiers.

INDIAN ARMY PHYSICAL FITNESS TEST

  1. 1.6 Km run to be completed UNDER 5 MINUTES 30 Seconds.
  2. Ten Pull Ups
  3. 9 Feet Ditch
  4. Zig -Zag Balance

INDIAN COAST GUARD PHYSICAL PROFIENCY TEST

  1. 1.6 Km run to be completed in 7 minutes.
  2. Twenty squat ups (Uthak Baithak).
  3. 10 Push-ups.

INDIAN AIRFORCE AIRMEN ENTRY Physical Fitness Test (PFT).

  1. PFT consists of a 1.6 Km run to be completed within 6 minutes 30 seconds.
  2. Candidates shall also have to complete 10 push-ups,
  3. 10 sit-ups (Bent Knee Sit Ups)
  4. chin ups 10
  5. 20 squats
  6. within the stipulated time to qualify in the Physical Fitness Test.

CUT OFF MARKS FOR AIRMEN ENTRY


Group X Tech Trade - 42.5 out of 70
Group y Non-Tech Trade - 37.75 out of 70

PAY & ALLOWANCES

: During training, a stipend of Rs. 14,600/- per month shall be paid. On completion of training, the starting gross emoluments at the minimum of scale of pay including Military Service Pay (MSP) shall be Rs. 26,900/- per month plus Dearness allowance (as applicable) which, in subsequent years may rise as per the career progression of the individual.
