Let us have a look at the physical endurance Test conducted by Indian Army to recruit its soldiers.INDIAN ARMY PHYSICAL FITNESS TEST
- 1.6 Km run to be completed UNDER 5 MINUTES 30 Seconds.
- Ten Pull Ups
- 9 Feet Ditch
- Zig -Zag Balance
INDIAN COAST GUARD PHYSICAL PROFIENCY TEST
- 1.6 Km run to be completed in 7 minutes.
- Twenty squat ups (Uthak Baithak).
- 10 Push-ups.
INDIAN AIRFORCE AIRMEN ENTRY Physical Fitness Test (PFT).
- PFT consists of a 1.6 Km run to be completed within 6 minutes 30 seconds.
- Candidates shall also have to complete 10 push-ups,
- 10 sit-ups (Bent Knee Sit Ups)
- chin ups 10
- 20 squats
- within the stipulated time to qualify in the Physical Fitness Test.
