Question Calculate the distance Travelled by a car,  inn 12 minutes, if its speed was 50 km/hr. The common mistake done by candidates was they do not convert minutes in hours / seconds They find out the speed in m/s and then multiply this with 12 which is wrong First of all they should convert the 12 mins into hour ism 12 min is 1/ 5 an hour or 1 min = 60 sec hence 12 min = 60 x 12 = 720 seconds Both are correct.
