About us:
This academy is being run by ex defence Officers and we are into training aspirants to prepare for facing the Services Selection Boards interview. Our Faculty consist of the following officers:
  • Colonel (Retd) C.Jayavel, (Group testing Officer)
  • Dr. Laxmanan (Psychologist) and
  • Colonel G. Murali (Interviewing officer)
    • who have been in the Selection board as assessment officers would be imparting training to aspirants. We request you to permit us to carry out a Talent Identification Test and then train them to face the SSB for 10 + 2 Tech Entry (Army) that gives them a free B.Tech training with 100 % placement in the army after 5 years of Free Training
    How do we propose to do this?
    We conduct 1 day workshop, on Various aspects of Selection in Services Selection Board Interview for Army, Navy, IAF. This will be in the form of a presentation followed by:-
  • a) Screening Tests. (Officers intelligence Rating tests, Picture perception tests)
  • b) Stage –II (psychological test) and Group Tests Incl of outdoor tests conducted in the ground. c) Personal Interview.
  • At the end of the workshop we will give a detailed report on the participants, performance
    • We will short list those boys who have high potential and would then train them for a period of 20 week ends and make them face the SSB Interview
    Our Fee for the 20 weeks training would be Rs. 5000 for each candidate, who is short listed.
    As on date 393 candidates have qualified in SSB/ FSB from our academy. You are requested to arrange this workshop at your institute and see for yourself as to how the students perform.
