What is the timing laid down by the army to be selected in 1600 m Physical Endurance Run?
  1. Run of flat foot for 1400 m
  2. Make a plan for 100 days training session
  3. Lose your weight
  4. Body should be relaxed
  5. Do not start with fast running- slow and steady increase- maintain- final finsh
  6. Stomach should be empty- bowls well cleaned.
  7. Shoes should not be very tight
  8. Have good protien food
  9. Milk, Ghee, eggs
  10. D3 tablets
  11. Intake of water should be 4 to 5 litres a day
  12. No fat in your body
  13. To reduce fat run in the afternoon
  14. Compete yourself and not with others
  15. Reduce your timing by a laid down target reduction time
  16. Hand movements should be fast to run fast
