What is the timing laid down by the army to be selected in 1600 m Physical Endurance Run?
- Run of flat foot for 1400 m
- Make a plan for 100 days training session
- Lose your weight
- Body should be relaxed
- Do not start with fast running- slow and steady increase- maintain- final finsh
- Stomach should be empty- bowls well cleaned.
- Shoes should not be very tight
- Have good protien food
- Milk, Ghee, eggs
- D3 tablets
- Intake of water should be 4 to 5 litres a day
- No fat in your body
- To reduce fat run in the afternoon
- Compete yourself and not with others
- Reduce your timing by a laid down target reduction time
- Hand movements should be fast to run fast
