AFCAT 2016 Syllabus 
 AFCAT Entrance Exam 2016 will conduct February 2016.
AFCAT Entrance Exam which will be held on 22 February, 2016. 


 Air Force Common Admission Test also known as AFCAT is organized for the admission of eligible aspirants in Technical Branch, Flying Branch and Ground Duty Branches of Indian Air Force. 

AFCAT 2016 Exam is held in Feb and August/Sept month every year for all the eligible aspirants. You may check the details of the exam including

AFCAT Syllabus 2016 PDF:

AFCAT 2016 Exam Syllabus for General Awareness: Sports, History, Geography, Culture, Environment, Current Affairs, Civics, Politics, Basic Sciences, Art Defence etc.
Verbal Ability in English: Comprehension, Synonyms, Error Detection, Antonyms and Sentence Completion, Testing of Vocabulary etc.
Numerical Ability: Simplification, Decimal Fraction, Average, Percentage, Simple Interest, Profit & Loss and Ratio & Proportion,
Reasoning and Military Aptitude Test section: Spatial Ability and Verbal Skills.
AFCAT 2016 Exam Pattern:
The AFCAT will have of 100 multiple choice questions and each question will carry three marks. So Question paper will be 300. The negative marking is applicable; there is one-third negative marking in AFCAT 2016 exam. For every wrong answer, 1 mark will be subtract as panelty.
The AFCAT 2016 paper will consist of four sections:
  1. General Awareness
  2. Verbal Ability
  3. Numerical Ability
  4. Reasoning & Military Aptitude Test
AFCAT SSB Interview Process: After qualification of exam interview will be done of selected aspirants
Stage-I This test was a screening test and only those who qualify would undergo subsequent testing. Those contenders who either do not pass in Stage I testing would be sent back on the first day itself.
Stage-II Stage II will have Psychological test, Interview and Group Tests and will be taken on subsequent days (Five Days).
For Flying Branch: CPSS or Pilot Aptitude Battery Test (PABT) Test would be organized for eligible candidates.
