Command Task
This is a Group Testing Officers- Confirmatory Series task
In this task he will be taking his final call  about you.
What is is seen

a) Ability to have a grasp of the Task
b) Planning ability
c) Organising abilty
d) Using the Available resources to obtain the best results
e) Creative and workable ideas
f) Power of expression
g) Initiative
h) Quick decission making

How to go about?

  • First listen to the GTO during his briefing
  • Observe the task
  • Make a rough plan ( 1 /2/ 3 methods)
  • Call persons who you think would be able to execute the task
  • Brief the subordinates
  • Make sure they under stand your plan
  • Task them by instructing each one of them as to exactly what they should do.
  • Help them out
  • Encourage them
  • Give corrections if required
  • After the task keep the items in order and 
  • Give a sabash to sub ordinates
  • Give feed back to GTO
  • Give alternative ideas if asked by the GTO
