All India Sainik School written test as conducted on 07 Jan 2018.
The highlight was
The participants results were announced exactly after a month.
Every one was informed about the marks they scored.

One of my student who had score 203 out of 300 was not in merit for one particular sainik school.
We had given up hope as bad luck.

I was surprised to get a call from his father, stating that his son was given an opportunity to join another sainik school where this mark was with in the merit list.

I wish the candidate finally makes it joins the Sainik School.

So the moral of the story is if you do well you will be able to make it in one or the other sainik school.
Earlier this was not followed and one had to resort to RTI to know the marks scored.

17. Tell me something about the rules of the game?
18. If chess: how many squares are there on a chess board?
19. Where was Chess game invented?
20. Who is the present Indian Grand master?
21. Tell us something about the place you come from.
22. Do you read any books? If yes what are the books you have read, who is its author?
23. How did you come to this location (Interview location)?
24. How far is it from your home/home town?
25. What are the important place that you can take us if we visit your home town?
26. Tell us something about the members in your family?
27. What is you father doing?
28. Where is he posted?
29. How did you come to know about this school?
30. How did you prepare to join this school?
31. Are there any friends of your studying in this school?
32. What do they say about this school?
33. Have you seen the web site of this school?
34. When did this school start?
35. What are the military equipment placed outside this building? ( questions on observation)
(For sainik school amaravathi nagar- outside the gate is VIJANTA TANK, MIG 21 and HARWARD trainer Aircraft.)
Write all the answers for these questions and prepare by reading out aloud.
Have a mock interview before you start for this interview
Dress up well and practice basic manners while attending the interview. All the best.
