While undergoing SSB/ FSB Interviewyou will be asked to pick up a Card that would consist of 4 Topics
You will be given 3 mins to prepare ( No pen/ paper is allowed)After the end of 3 minutes you will be asked deliver an extempore speech for 3 mins.
How to do well? 
Start with a Good Quotation oran Anecdote.
Look at the audience, give a good smile and start with confidence.
Divide the subject into IntroductionBodyConclusion.
If the subject calls for giving your opiniongive both Positive as well as Negative Points.
Talk for the full three minutes.
Reading news papers and magazines will help you to get latest facts and figures, statistics.
Practice in your class, in your room, in front of your friends.
