a) Talking too much in GD

b) Over dominating the subordinates at the PGT/HGT etc.

c) Not listening carefully to the GTO's briefing

d) Not listening to Interviewing Officer's question fully prior to answering.

e) To confess I thought I am one of a smart guy ( being a NCC  Certificate Holder with an "A" Grade)
