SSB Interviews Experience- How to get selected?

Every aspirant for the defence forces ask one question, what does the SSB assessment officer looks for?

There is no secret Formula to succeed in any Interview

One must know what is expected of a potential candidate

Do a self introspection and then 
go about meticulously to improve and enhance your knowledge.


Dear Friends, I got rejected 3times before I finally made it.

Costly mistakes:

a) Talking too much in GD
b) Over dominating the subordinates at the PGT/HGT etc.
c) Not listening carefully to the GTO's briefing
d) Not listening to Interviewing Officer's question fully prior to answering.
e) To confess I thought I am one of a smart guy ( being a NCC  Certificate Holder with an "A" Grade)
