National Defence Academy-  A caution for those who join the academy from civil  


For all those who have made it to the NDA / IMA

I congratulate you.

At the same time here are a few suggestions which will be helpful.

You must start building your stamina and do a lot of exercises before joining.

Because there has been cases where the cadets get relegated by 6 months, for not being able to pass the Physical Efficiency Test.

It is better to start exercising your body before you enter the academy.
