Practice makes a person perfect.

So does a person who practices any skill, he is later termed as a Talented personality.

Officer like quality that is talked about in SSB can be divided into three groups

a) Highly trainable quality
b) Moderately Trainable Quality
c) Least trainable quality

Its the least trainable quality that is seen as the star quality and if this is present in an acceptable level the candidate is often recommended.

There are Six Least Trainable qualities in the list of OLQ.
