14. Find the length of a train in metres, if the train crosses a pole in 12 sec and its speed was 72 km/ hr.

15. If A can do a job in 10 days, and B can do the same job in 5 days. How long will they be able to complete a job if they work together on a job that was done by B alone in 40 days?

16.  A boat travels at a speed on 10 km/ hr.  in Still water. If it travels a distance of 10 km against the current on a river and takes    1 hour and 15 min. find the speed of the water current.

17. A shooter can shoot 9 on the target out of 10.  What will be the accuracy in percentage if he shoots at the same rate of 180 targets?

18. A man is Four times the age of his son on the son’s 10th birthday, what will be their ratio of the age during the son’s 15th birth day?

19. Find the cost of  covering the floor at Rs. 25 per sq m of the path that runs both horizontal and Parallel to a plot of 40 m length and 30 m broad. The width of the path is 2.5 m. 
   
20. If two men work for 8 hours each per day,and took 40 days to complete the job, how long will one man taking 12 hour a day will take to complete the same job?

Q.12. Rs. 43.85 +8765 =       Rs. 8808.85 amount
Q.13. dia 42 cm. circumference is 22/ 7 x d.   22/ 7 x  42 = 22 x 6 =132 cm
 2000 x 132 = 254000 / 1000 = 25. 4 km in 2000 rotations.
Q.14. speed 72 m  this in m/s =  72000 / 3600 = 20 m/s
In 12s = distance traveled in the length of the train is 12 x 20 = 240 m answer

Q.15. A can do a job in 10 days   and B is 5 days ie.  A can do the some 2 and B 1
Both together can do 1.5 job in one day
B does in 40 days . hence a will do the same job in double time so
40 + 80 =  ¼ + 1/ 8  lcm  8
2+ 1 / 8 = 3/ 8 in one day
Hence 40 x 3/ 8 = 5x 3 = 15 days answer.
