  4. Conduct a skill test at class VIII level
  5. Admit new students at class xi after strict written, ssb screening test, Medical
  6. provide coaching from class XI onwards
  7. Provide scholarship for bright students with out restriction of caste, community
  8. Make ample use of Defence installations to impart training as required
  9. Encourage ex service personnel to set up institutions by providing the necessary space and infrastructure
