Sainik School U.P. In Lucknow is open for boys from Uttar Pradesh only. This is the only sainik school that gives admission to boys from class VII unlike other sainik schools that provide admission from class VI
In this skill builder series, we are happy to present the E format of the Question bank. This Date DVD gives an opportunity for the aspirants to practice model papers and get instant results soon after the questions are answered.
The DVD has FOUR Sections
  1. Mathematics
  2. English
  3. General Knowledge
  4. Intelligencet test
The questions that appear are as per syllabus and some of these questions have been asked in the previous years papers
This DVD is a MUST for those who are trying for RIMC as well as Sainik School Entrance

Admission Procedure

The admission in U.P. Sainik school is open to the boys of U.P. domicile only. The admission to the school is made once in a year in the month of June/ July in class VII only.
The Entrance Test is held in January every year. At the time of admission the candidate should have passed class VI from any recognised school.

AGE

Age of the candidates should be between 10 to 12 years as on 02 July of he year of Admission. Boy's studying in calss VI are also entitled to appear in the test. Note:
In the written Examination, Mathematics is considered as core subject. Those candidates who fail to secure a minimum percentage in maths paper will not qualify fot evaluation of remaining two papers, GK and Language.
The written exam test will have three papers:-
  1. Mathematics --- Max Marks 100--- Time 2 hours
  2. Genera Knowledge and Intelligence test---100 marks---Time 1 hour
  3. Language (English) Max Marks- 100--- Time 2 hours
  4. Note the language paper will have two parts Part A English and Part B Hindi
