Rome was not built in a day, so is getting into shape takes number of days and workout.
Before you start make a time table of what you finally want to achieve?
a) Building Stamina is important
b) Running/ cycling / Swimming are the best form to get into shape.
c) Check your diet and Body Mass Index. Getting into the correct height weight ratio is important.
d) Start with just 1 km of running and 1 km of walking every day.
e) Keep reducing your timing in doing this.
f) After your walk and run- do exercises to tone up your muscle.

ii) Sikping
iii) Pull ups
iv) Push ups
v) Toe touch
Start from 25 in the first day and go up to 100
