RIMC when is the right time to start training?

Right age to train the boy for RIMC is 11 years

Start with Basic maths. 
Every day one chapter of 20 sums has to be done.
He has to understand the fundamentals
Maths short cuts and Formula has to be learned in order to do the calculation with speed.
The best time is early morning for maths.
Every day the student should write out all the formula, this will enhance quick recall.
Writing the problem step by step makes the candidate to understand the problem  analyse it and arrive at the right answer.

For eg: 
Step 1: what is given in the problem? 
Step 2: what is required to be found out?
Step 3: formula to be used
Step 4: working by substitution of the values into the formula
Step 5: Answers.
