Tips to Write Psychological tests in

 FSB and SSB Selection Boards

The tool in the hands of a Psychologist is best used in the board by making the candidates to perform under time pressure.

Time pressure make the candidate to perform from sub concious mind rather then concious mind.
The time one gets to respond is so little that the originality emerges

The coached approach is often found out by the psychologist and he makes accurate assessment.

TAT-  The action of the hero should speak rather then writing out his qualities.
WAT- This test is a Confirmatory test and gives a very fair idea about the qualities of the Candidate
Though the psych makes up his mind during the Evaluation of TAT stories, he confirms and reconfirms his findings via WAT and SRT
The final confirmation is given by the candidate him self in this Self Description.
