How to duty in Singapore Free of Cost From Class IX ?

Student appears in A star scholarship in class 9th and all the formalities are completed by December when they leave for singapore for 4 years studies.

The number of scholarships is not fixed and it varies as per the quality of students they receive. There can be 10 scholarship or 20 - it is decided by concerned authorities. It all depends on them. Which is basically decided by the students applying for the exam.
