FSB stands for 

Final Selection Board


This is normally held at NOIDA by the Coast Guard Officers selection Board
All those who qualify in the Pre -selection Board would be called for to appear for the final selection board
The various tests conducted at the FSB are as follows:-

a) Psychological Tests
   i)Thematics Apperception Test
  ii) Word Association Test
iii) Situation Reaction Test
iv) Self description test

b) Group Tests:-
i) Group Discussion Tests
ii) Group Planning Tests
iii) Individual Lecture Test

c) Personal Interview:-
