BASIC COMMANDO CAMP- (LAND)


Sainik Academy would be conducting two days and one night commando camp on 11 and 12 April 2015
Any one from 07 years to 70 years can participate
Important events:-
  1. Point to point map reading ( 1700- 1930 hours) Forced March 10 km
  2. Choosing and Making a camp fire (Night Halt)
  3. Cooking your own food
  4. Camp fire
  5. Group Activity
  6. Last Call
  7. Early morning 0500 hours run to next camp site- 15 kms- Competition between groups
  8. Living off the land- Breakfast No cooking allowed
  9. Group obstacle race- Competition
  10. Individual Obstacle Race
  11. Can you shoot straight? rifle shooting competition
  12. Making water use of solar still
  13. Making Two men tent- Buddy team competition
  14. Camouflage Competition
  15. Prize Distribution
  16. Farewell meal

ssb coaching academy The eye sight requirement for the post of officer in Indian army is mentioned below: > Uncorrected without glass – 6/12 > Corrected with glass – 6/6 > Limits of Myopia – 3.5 > Limits of Hypermetropia – +2.5 > Binocular vision III > Limits of Colour Perception I "People in the armed forces are often working in dusty, dirty conditions with no running water or facilities for hygiene.
