All India Sainik School Entrance Exam Date 2014 : 4th January, 2014 ( Sunday )
Eligibility
  • Class VI : Boys born between 02 July, 2004 and 01 July, 2005 ( both dates inclusive )
  • Class IX : Boys born between 02 July 2001 and 01 July 2002 ( both dates inclusive ) and studying Class VIII in a recognized school.
    • Centres for Examination:-
    • For Class VI : BANGALORE, BIJAPUR,
    • For Class IX : Sainik School BIJAPUR( may include other place if strength is more)

    Various Scholarships on the basis of Merit and Income will be awarded by the Government of Karnataka for Karnataka State domicile boys. Exclusive Scholarships for SC & ST Candidates are also available. Scholarships from Ministry of Defence are available for boys of Serving / Ex-Service personnel of the Armed Forces.
