How to crack the Physical Fitness test of  Sub Inspector / Asst Commandant's Test?  For every skill one has to practice with full enthusiasm so is the case with physical fitness. Some of you may be surprised to know that it takes 21 days of continuous practice to get into shape. Hence, before you start on any physical activity, get your self medically examined for Heart, blood sugar, urine, and other tests for this will effect your performance.
