How to crack the Physical Fitness test of

Sub Inspector / Asst Commandant's Test?

For every skill one has to practice with full enthusiasm

so is the case with physical fitness.

Some of you may be surprised to know that it takes 21 days of continuous practice to get into shape.

Hence, before you start on any physical activity, get your self medically examined for

Heart, blood sugar, urine, and other tests for this will effect your performance.

Consult a doctor and tell him that you are going to train yourself for the physical endurance test.

Note: I have personally seen a candidate cleared by a Army Medical Hospital- during his training was unable to perform and use to stop and complain of exhaustion. In the end it was discovered that he has a small hole in his heart. Bad luck the officer candidate was sent home as medically unfit.

We shall now see how you should divide your daily activity to build your muscles and get Fit.

  • 17 sit-ups within one minute.
  • 13 push-ups within one minute.
  • Men: one-mile run in 8½ minutes.
  • Women: one-mile run in 10½ minutes.
  • Do this daily for 21 days
  • and keep increasing the Number of push ups and sit ups to reach 50 per day
  • Reduce your running time by min of 3 minutes in 21 days
  • all the best
