Observations on PIQ
1. If the present and permanent add are same – YOU Can write same as above.
Here they are asking for the population of  Place it would be the district of Chennai, which will have in lakhs and you are Just writing in Thousands
Palavanthangal is a suburb of Chennai is Yes then say Dist HQ.
I am sure the Interviewing officer must have asked you the reasons for LOW MARKS in +2
GIVE ME THE REASONS.
In outstanding achievement give the highest mark and subj only
Like school first in maths 100 marks or school second in English 98%  etc.
First class is   for the entire Course just  say 1st Division,
For professional qualification you can write Computer language  and coding in HTML. VB. Etc.
In sports just say was the captain of the team and we won the championship in the year 2016-17
Or vice –capt. Do not say gold medalist. Because it was just department and not an Individual university Game.
When you have too many hobbies/ interest just put a * mark and write it below and blank space
Be specific : a) Reading Books written by Chetan Bagat___________ ( 6 books out of 11 books) ( You must know what all the books he has written- unless you know these you cannot claim he is your favourite author.
                      b) Autobiographies-  Abdul kalam, Dr. Kiran Bedi , Bill Gates, Jack Ma
                      c)  Defence Related books- Param vir Chakra, Shoot, Fly dive by  Ms. Rachna Bisht:
 
                  BLOG Writing----- Name of your specific Blog.   ( eg. Ishwarya- career.blogspot.in)
Or misc subjects published 43 as on date.( Now make a note, you will be asked about it)
The art of writing is to make the IO ask about this, where you can explain.
Activity: here mention what is your position, Secretary, Budgeting Officer, Development officer and you must know the specific duties. These should be supported with pictures and must come in the blog. This is for Proof. You may take certificates you received in to hall and show when asked for.
Over all it seems you have written in hurry
And its presentation is not up to the mark.
Take your time prac well. For this will be seen by Psych and IO.
