All India Sainik School Entrance Examination 2019-2020 Session Admission


The Programme for the entrance examination is given below:-
a) Sale of Prospectus/Admission Form 08th October, 2018 to 26th November 2018
b) Last date for receipt of application 01 st December, 2018 (Saturday)
c) Date of Entrance Exam 6 th January, 2019 (First Sunday of January)
d) Publication of Merit List Roll Number-wise 4 th February, 2019 (Monday)
of candidates called Medical Examination and issue of Call Letters.
e) Medical Exam (Tentative) 11 th February 2019 to 28th February, 2019
f) Publication of final Merit List including 11 th March, 2019 (Monday)

General Instructions:

1. For Online Registration Form, Age criteria will be : For Class VI, age should be 10 - 12 years as on 31st March 2019 and within 1st April 2007 – 31st March 2009.
For Class IX, age should be 13 - 15 years as on 31st March 2019 and within 1st April 2004 – 31st March 2006.
2. There are 4 steps in registration i.e.,

4. Documents Upload:
(a) Birth Certificate - Please upload Transfer Certificate issued by previous school, certificate issued by Municipal Committee/Board/Corporation
(b) Domicile Certificate - Please upload document issued by State Government
(c) Caste Certificate - Please upload document issued by State Government

3. Important Point: - Registered candidate will have to make online payment within 48 hours of registration or else his/her form will be discarded and he/she will have to do the fresh registration.
Please note - Exam centre chosen by the candidate will not be finalised till the admit cards are Live. Final Exam centres will be based on availability.

Sainik Residential Coaching
a) Students would be housed along with other students in our hostel
b) Home made food would be provided
c) Only 10 Students would be given admission in Hostel.
d) Candidates would be prepared for both Military School (RMS) and Sainik School Class VI Entrance Exam
e) Weekly tests would be conducted to ascertain the students performance
f) Candidates will be under the supervision of Ex-defence officer.
g) Parents will be permitted to visit the students on second sunday of every month.
h) Besides the coaching and Hostel fee, the parents will be asked to pay for sundry expenses.
i) It is a must for parents to take a mediclaim policy for one year
j) One out door visit per month would be organised by the academy,
k) Entrance exam papers of Maths, English, Int and GK Candidate will be made to appear in RMS as well as Sainik School Entrance examination Entrance exam,
