3	PGT	Comes out with workable solutions	Too soon becomes a follower. Needs to improve
4	HGT	Offers Workable solutions, Good exhibition of Team player
5	CT	Satisfactory briefing about the impending task, Completed task by low level idea Came up with workable moderate level	Must delegate more jobs to subordinates
6	Indl Task	GOOD- no fear exhibited. Completed 6 out of 8 tasks
7	FGT	Due to male dominated group she was a follower. At time she gave workable solutions
8		Over all grading and finding – HAS HIGH POTENTIAL FOR SELECTION AT SSB
