dear sri,
colour defect is difficult to cure.
Depending upon the colours, they have divided into grades,
Some grades are allowed for working in particular trade.
Like education branch, JAG, Logistics.
You can request them to change you into these branch.
For Aviation it is NO.

Go in for appeal medical board once you are given UNFIT by medical officer
