What does an assessment officer look for in a potential Candidate at the screening stage?
It is common knowledge that the candidate writes a story about a hero and his actions in the Screening test.
What is the quality that is required to be brought out by the candidate?
The leader or the hero has to be
CONFIDENT,     ASSURED,  BOLD &
DARING in his actions. ( Do not make your hero a Super hero)
The Hero depicted must be ready to take:-
a)      Risk
b)      Initiative
c)       Will to perform.
d)      Practical in his approach to solve the problem
e)      Must make use of all available resources by quick thinking.
f)       Must have DETERMINATION, COURAGE & PERSERVANCE
g)      Must have the ability to accept CHALLENGES, Sense of Responsibility.
h)      Must have the courage to face his sub-ordinates and speak with confidence, good modulation and Logical and rational in his story telling.
