TARGET SSB- TIPS  On How to Write Self Description In SSB / FSB Interview


SELF DESCRIPTION:INTRODUCTION


the Self description is a short paragraph writing written by Candidate as the last part of Psychological test
Approximately 15 min is given to a candidate to write this on  a given sheet of response sheet
 

The self-description includes following aspects:

  1. 1. What does your Parents think about you ? ( Parent's  Opinion about you)
  2. 2. What does your Teachers think about you? (Opinion / Employer)
  3. 3. What does your friend/s  think about you?  
  4. 4. What are the qualities you would like to improve upon? (Opinion about yourself
  5. Qualities you would like to improve.)


In the test No marks are given
The psych has  by now read what you have written in 
TAT
WAT
and SRT
This will help him to finally form an opinion about you
He also wants to cross check whether you know about your
STRONG and WEAK POINTS.         
       
Method:  The psych briefs you about how to go about and asks you to pen down your opinion


  It is a sort of self-analysis and shortcomings.

PRACTISE Writing this part till you feel comfortable - Show this to your friends / teacher and your parents to know what they feel about it
