In a SSB / FSB Interview the GTO will ask the candidate to pick up a card in which, four topics would be written. 

The candidate would be asked to choose- Prepare and deliver a talk on the chosen topic for 3 minutes.

After a duration of 2 .5 minutes, the GTO will ring a bell, indicating to the candidate that he should wind up his talk.
