TIPS
A gap of ½ an hour to one hour will be available before starting the group discussion.
During this period be mentally prepared  ie. The story that is going to be narrated by you and practice in your mind.
Remember this Narration is for 1 Minute and this is going to decide your screening in.
You may complete the story if same was not done while writing.
Tell the story that you have written
If you find you are way off and others story is better, there is no harm in accepting and putting forth a new story during discussion.
Arrive at a common story and narrate it.
Now the candidates are asked to move out.
Task of assessment officers
GTO, IO and Psychologist will be awarding grades as per their observation of each candidate’s performance.

Bearing- Smart Turn out- Tie, haircut, shave, Polished shoes
Sit properly
Smile a lot and be loud and clear during narration and discussion.
