10. The internal measures of a cuboidal room are 12m x 8m x 4 m.  Find the total cost of white washing all the four walls of the room if the cost of white washing is Rs.5 per sq m.  
(ii) What will be the cost of white washing the Ceiling of the room is also white washed?
