SSB Tips- GTO Tasks Why a person does not get Recommended by A group testing Officer in SSB Interviews? 

In Group Discussion:

Individual who never/ seldom / speaks just once is normally not Selected.
 a person who just supports others and does not add any new point and has no originality is Dropped.

A loud mouth and an individual who dominates others and does get into argument is Not Selected.

( Stage fear, lack of Knowledge, lack of communication skill are some of the causes)

the person/ persons who get rejected are

Non initiators, just followers
No original or creative ideas
does not brief others, 
Does not accept any ones views and stands still
Does not take any helper to complete his command tasks
