About how we coach the students for preparing to face the Entrance Examination of
Sainik School, Rashtriya Military School, Jawahar Navodaya School and R I M C

1.      Who we are?
Defence Academy, Coimbatore established in the year 2005 by Lt. Colonel C.S. Jayavel (Retd). He is a Kargil Veteran and a trained Group testing Officer. He is a former instructor at MIRC, Ahmednagar and is a commando trained. He did some flying before opting to join the Indian Army.
An Alumnus of Sainik School Amaravathinagar and Bijapur. Presently is the Director and In-charge of Group Testing at Defence Academy.
2.      Why us?
Each and every kid is unique in his own way so, a the kid cannot be be trained by using the same techniques

Here at Defence academy we tailor the portions for each and every kid. We take a maximum of 10 students per batch. So we are able to concentrate ,know the requirement ,strong points and weak points of each and every students. Apart from how we teach what we teach matters the most. Your son will be thought from the basics and gradually improved. We classify the chapters into basic, concept, application based and skill based and make sure your son masters all.

6.      How to apply
Ø  We have a maximum of 10 seats in first come first serve basis.
Ø  Every kid should pass a entrance test conducted at Defence Academy.
Ø  The test analysis the processing, analyzing and language ability of the students.
Ø  The pass mark of the test is 50% but the students will be placed on the waiting list and awarded admission on the merit basis. If your child scores more than 75% seats will be allotted right away. 
Ø  The entrance test timing is flexible although you have to fix an appointment prior to test

§  Can my son  test take the test online?
No, your son come in person to take the rest
§  Is there any fees for entrance test?
Yes, the test fees amounts to rs300, how ever it is waived of if he is in merit its waived off
§  What are the items to be bought ?
The list will be mailed to you one your son is selected
§  When will the coaching start
§  How long is the duration of the coaching
It will be for three to four months based on the course opted   
§  Fees structure of the coaching?
