How should one go about Preparation to face CDSE?

First of all make up your mind.
In case you are a male,
you may join Army, Navy, IAF
In case you are a female then Army is the only choice for you.
In case a female wants to join the IAF
then she has to take on AFCAT
If Navy then the marks scored in the UG/ PG has to be good.
I mean a 70% +

Now start your preparation early. depending upon your personal skill it should be about 6 months ( for an average person)

This is not a university exam where you get 35% and declared passed. This is a competitive exam and one has to come with in the cut off marks.

so collect good study kit
do not take chances cover all chapters
Take on as many mock tests as possible.
