Test No 2:

Screening- 30 questions Non -Verabl- 15 minutes( Questions and numbers varry as per the entry)

Test No 3

Picture perception and Description Test

Every candidate is assessed as follows:-

Officer's Intelligence Rating test

as per marks  higher range Grade I
Lower Range Grade V

In the PPDT the candidates are graded as
1. YES -      Means he has the potential and is likely to be RECOMMENDED
2. Doubtful- Means shows some potential may or may not be Recommended
3. NO------Does not meet the Requirement

Now let us say a candidate has scored just 40 % in both Verbal and Non Verbal test
and did fairly well in Discusssion.

Marking by IO ---   Doubtful
Marking By GTO-- NO
Marking By  Psych- NO

He will not be screened in

because he is not being graded as a likely ( Not  Potential ) to be RECOMMENDED
hence dropped.

If he gets

One Yes
Two Doubtful
he will be SCREENED In
