Fees Structure

Tuition fee with respect to different categories given below
(SC and ST candidates are required to pay one fourth of the amount mentioned below)

�€“Rs 4800/- per annum for OR �€“Rs 7200/- per annum JCOs �€“Rs 15,000/- per annum for Officers �€“Rs 24000/- per annum  for civilians   Note: In addition to above, students are required to deposit pocket money expenditure and refundable security deposit.

Admission

Admission to class VI

Admission to class VI is through a Common Entrance Test, which is conducted at various centres spread all over India.
The details can be obtained from various schools by sending a demand draft of Rs 200/- payable to the Principal, Rashtriya Military school,
along with a self addressed and stamped envelope.

Admission to class IX

Admission to class IX is through a Common Entrance Test, which is conducted by each of the Rashtriya Military Schools separately.

Admission to class XI

Admission to class XI is based on marks secured in class X. For details, contact the respective school.

Reservation

67% of seats are reserved for the wards of JCOs, or those in the Army, the Navy and the Air Force, including ex-servicemen.
20% of the seats are reserved for the wards of officers and 13% for the wards of civilians.

15% and 7.5% of the seats in each of these categories are reserved for SC and ST candidates.   10 seats in each Rashtriya Military School are reserved for wards of personnel killed in action.
