What should one do before attending the SSB Interview?

SSB Interview is  carried out to select potential officer candidates.

of late I see a lot of boys and girls Coming for trg are over weight.

When a person is over weight  it is not a  good sign,  once you look overweight
the selectors unconsious ly mark you "NO" in their remark even though you might have performed better,
Tone up your body before you go
to ssb .
