Group Planning ex is one of the tests conducted by SSB and FSB Selection Boards.


What is it?

The candidates are given a small paper based exercise, where  he finds his group has been tasked to do some job.

during the course of such a job, the group faces a few problems, how the individuals plan, org ane execute the task, with in the available time, with limited resources is what is required to be written, later discussed.
In the end the group has to come to a common solution.

What is seen?

The GTO judges the following qualities that is exhibited by the candidate:-

a) Planning and Org ability
b) Effective Int
c) Risk taking ability
d) making use of the available resources.
e) Time management
f) Multi tasking
g) Initiative
h) Ability to influence the group.
i) Flexibility and co-operation.
j) Power of expression both written as well as Verbal
