All you should Know about Screening Test SSB and FSB Aspirants



Why Conducted?

Every Year a large number of candidates apply for the post of commissioned officers in the Armed forces.
In order to weed out potential candidates from the lot who have applied
Three stage of selection is being carried out
1. Written Test / Sorting out by marks Scored
2. Screening tests  Or pre selection board Tests
3. Stage II of Services Selection board Tests or Final Selection Board

What do they contain?
a) A Set of Verbal Intelligence Tests
b) A Set of Non verbal Intelligence Tests

( In the above two tests an average candidate makes it)

c) Picture Perception Test- A picture is shown and you are briefed about what is expected of you.
and you will be given some time ( 4 mins) to write the story in about 15 lines.

What is expected?
Your Observation
Your view about what would have happened
What is happening  ( Actions)
What would be the out come

There after you will be divided into groups of 10 or 15 or 20
Asked to narrate your version of the Story.
You will then hear what every individual of your group has to say.
Finally you will carry out a group discussion to come to a common conclusion
