How to Crack Final Selection Board Interview of Coast Guard 

Year after year, the Coast Guard is growing in strength. In order to select officer who can lead men the Coast Guard  is looking for able hands.

The selection Procedure is simple:-
There is no written test.
The eligible candidates are short listed and called to appear for the \
Pre Selection Board Interview.
 
PSB:
This consists of the following Tests:-
a) Verbal Intelligence Test
b) Non Verbal Intelligence Test
c) Picture Perception and Description Test

The Candidates who get short listed after PBS are called to face the
"FINAL SELECTION BOARD INTERVIEW"
at NOIDA- Coast Guard Officers Selection Centre.

FSB:-
a) Psychological Test ( Same as that of SSB Interview tests)
b) Group Tests- Only GD. GPE and Indl lecture ( NO OUT DOOR)
c) Personal Interview

When compared to SSB Interviews of Army, Navy or IAF this is much simpler.
Almost all those who clear the FSB and medical are called in to under go training at
