1. Is there any requirement to prepare to face the SSB/ FSB Interview?

A. This is just like any other Multinational Company Interview. One is expected to know some thing about what he or she is likely to face. When you are prepared you gain confidence. Confidence and knowledge are the key to success.

2. In what way the SSB / FSB Interviews are different?

A. In other interviews, you will face, a psychometric test and a round of personal + technical interview. at SSB / FSB, you will be facing the similar Psychometric tests, Personal Interview in addition you will be facing a few Group tests.
