Time and distance Formulae:-

Distance = Speed x time
Time = Distance  / Speed
Speed = Distance / time

To convert the speed in km/h to m/s multiply the numerical value by 5/ 18

To convert the speed in m/s into km/h multiply by the numerical value by 18/5

If a man covers a certain distance  at x km/ h and and equal distance by y km/h, then,
the average speed during the whole journey is ( 2xy /x + y ) km/h
