11.   A car takes 5 hours to cover a distance of 300 km.  Find the speed of car.  How much should the speed in km/hour required to cover the same distance in 4 hours?
12.   Divide Rs. 9000 between A,B and C in the Ration 3 : 4 : 5
13.   If the area of a circular region is 154 sq.m, then find the circumference.
14.   There are 30 girls in a class if 3/5th of the class is girls, then what is the total strength of the class?
15.   The angles of a triangle are ( 2x + 5) , (2x+10)   and  ( 2x=15) , find the angles.
16.   If the cost of a trouser is Rs. 1150 and the cost of a shirt is Rs. 925, what is the total cost of 155 trousers and 215 shirts?
17.   The average weight of 16 boys in a class is 50.25 kg and that of the remaining 8 boys is 45.15 kg. Find the average weights of all the boys in the class.
18.   Three candidates contested an election and received 1136, 7636 and 11628 votes respectively, Find the percentage of the total votes received  by the winning candidate get?

20.    A floor is 10 m long and 8m wide. A square carpet of 7m is laid on the floor.  Find the area of the floor that is not covered with carpet.

Q.21. How many square tiles of side 40 cm are needed for a room of length 16 m and breadth 10m. Find the total cost of tiles, If each tile costs Rs 55.

interest. If she paid Rs432 as interest at the end of the loan period, what was the rate of interest?

Q.24.Salim takes 25 seconds and Abdul takes 30 seconds to run 100 m. If both of them run 2 km individually, how many more minutes will Abdul take than Salim


Q.25. The area of a square and a rectangle are equal. If the side of the square is 40 cm and the breadth of the rectangle is 25 cm, find the length of the rectangle. Also, find the perimeter of the rectangle.

Q.30.A car owner buys petrol at Rs8.0 Rs10.0 and Rs20.0 per litre for three successive years. What approximately is the average cost per litre of petrol if he spends Rs4000 each year?
