Success Plan

Success in Sub Inspector selection depends on three stages.
1. Written Exam
2. Physical Test
3. Interview
Written Exam
Written Exam is the most critical stage of the selection process. Here success is a must for the remaining other stages. Only those who qualify the minimum cut off mark can go for the further stages. So provide top priority for passing the written exam. Now focus only on the exam. After passing this crucial stage, you can shift your focus on other stages.
Type of Exam
PSC exam for Sub Inspector is objective multiple choice one consisting of 100 questions for 100 marks. Duration is 75 minutes. The medium of exam is English. There will be negative mark for wrong answers. 1/3 mark will be deducted for every mistake. So be very careful in answering your questions. If you are not absolutely sure about the answer leave the question and escape the negative mark.

Syllabus for Sub Inspector
PSC hasn’t finalised the syllabus for the coming exam. But no major change is expected from the last exam syllabus. The syllabus of the last Sub Inspector exam is as follows.
