What is the real problem faced at Sainik School?
Why are the Cadets from Sainik Schools are not up to the mark?
Who is to be blamed
The parent?
The Teacher ?
The Student?
Why are the Cadets from Sainik Schools are not up to the mark?

( Well I am also from Sainik School) Hence, I can easily see through this problem.
Parents?
NO- No- and 2 % Yes
Teachers??
95 % NO- 5 % yes
Students . YES, YES and 5 % No.
Why so?
Parents have put in their best and left the rest to teachers and the adm officers.
98 % They are not responsible
Here is a hard truth. 2 % why?
The school authorities have told please do not give cell phone to students.
Does the parents Obey this???? NOT all
a class XI student was given a costly cell phone, ( while the parent did not remit the school fee).
Is he RIGHT ????
The students have a Telephone in every DORM, where they can contact their Parents.
Why do they need a cell Phone?
The Bitter Truth , the students use the hi tech Cell phone to browse all wrong and prohibited sites
I would say this is the main cause of their lack of concentration in studies.
When Asked to come over for extra coaching at school Class XI and Class XII boys,
they objected strongly.
Who is to be blamed?
Dear parent ask the student if they are serious in joining NDA
it is tough Negative marking and if he is not interested 100 %, then please remove him from the school.
Teachers, a few of them need more dedication.
I suggest let the teachers be put through TA training and then be made available.
Knowledge is different , teaching it to others is different.
Select the best please
Students. You know you are at fault. stop getting tempted and strive to achieve your Goal
NDA is Best no doubt. if you miss it then try for +2 Tech entry
If you still miss it
there are other methods to get into defence .
If not interested in Defence , have the moral courage to tell your parents and they peruse the course of study you want.

Sainik school heads should ensure that well reputed teachers from other sainik schools are invited to teach students during their holidays.
Teacher exchange
programmes and teacher training will give better dividend
last but not the least.
the sainik school entrance examination should be made tough with negative marking and in line with RASHTRIYA INDIAN MILITARY COLLEGE.
LET THE BEST GET IN, IF NOT LET THE SEATS REMAIN VACANT AND OFFER IT TO BOYS FROM OTHER STATES.
