If You are an Engineering Graduate and want to join the Defence Forces- here are the ways to do it.

If You are an Engineering Graduate???

Want to Join the Defence Forces??

Here are the ways to do it.

Hi friends!
After having motivated a few hundred of students to join the forces, I have now been faced with a big question. Why is the result of SSB interview is in single digit ( well most of the time it is)???

Most of the engineering grads of Tamil Nadu are not found employable by all the three defence forces.

The reason behind this I found was as follows:-
1. Inability on the part of the candidate to speak fluently in ENGLISH ( It is not his mother tongue)
2. Most of them only SEE newspaper and DO NOT READ Newspapers.
3.They lack the presentation skill.
4. Participation in  group discussion is a very minimal level.
5. Lack of adequate knowledge about the topic

What should such candidates do?

ON THE JOB TRAINING.

What I am going to suggest may not appeal to the EGO of many of you, but the sad truth is that  is where you will / may fit in.
I am suggesting you to join the forces in the ranks and then raise up, in the years to come.
