A. If depends upon three aspects.

    b) Educational back ground
    c) The type of commission for which a candidate is appearing.

Q. Is there a difference between the Interview of the Candidate appearing for NDA and CDSE/ UES?
A. Yes, the age and the mental maturity of the candidate would be different.
In case of NDA and +2 Tech entry  the candidates are given a little relaxation  as they has a lot     of time in Training duration where they can be molded unlike in other entries.

Q. Can you tell us as to what is the percentage of selection in your personal interview
A. This again depends upon the person being interviewed. As for as I am concerned, I can select all or drop all if they come up to my expectation.
